Description
Marta Oryl Consulting works out of Benicàssim, Spain. For years the work has been human resources and development consulting: hiring, retention, and the internal processes that sit underneath both.
Software grew out of that. Clients kept describing the same problem in different words — a process that works, run by hand, that no longer fits the number of people running it. Someone re-types the same order into three systems. Someone rebuilds the same report every Monday. Someone reads two hundred CVs.
Marta Oryl now builds and delivers the software that takes that work away. The building is done by one senior software engineer Marta has worked with for years, with a trusted colleague brought in when a project needs a second pair of hands. Small on purpose: you talk to the person writing the code, and Marta stays accountable for the result — scoping, delivery, handover, and whatever the thing needs afterwards.
Typical engagement: four to twelve weeks, fixed scope, fixed price, handed over with source code and documentation you own. Nothing to pay monthly unless you want it hosted and looked after.
